Kovalev sounds too happy that he landed the match, he doesn't want any controversy or delays, just wants the match over with so he can cash that cheque lol
Kovalev dismisses rehydration clause advantage for Canelo

*** that BS. The morning weigh in didn't jump on to the contract by it's self. Team Canelo put it in the contract to try to gain an advantage for Canelo. There is no other possible reason it is in the contract. Just because Kovalev is not complaining and bein a good sport does not change the fact that team Canelo put it in the contract to possibly weaken Kovalev. It would do Kovalev no good to complain anyway because it's in the contract and nothing can change that. Oscar and team Canelo lied when they said no draining stuff would be used. Kovalev backers have every right to complain and you are a bias Canelo fan who is not fair minded or neutral. I think Kovalev skipped the morning weigh in which probably cost him lots of money to do. I hope Kovalev wins but the deck is heavily stacked against him and those in power want the Canelo win so badly. A loss to Kovalev would cost DAZN, Oscar and Canelo many millions in the future. It all seems so neatly planned out. Canelo wins and gets fighter of the year and th decade and is bigger than ever. Those in power don't want Kovalev to ruin those plans.Comment

LMAO. Yah just like martinez said his knee was fine after the cotto fight post fight when he was limping. For those *****ing about the Canelo Rehydration clause - Here is Kovalev himself stating he only gains 4-8lbs after weighing in and when gaining more it’s a disadvantage for him to come in too heavy #CaneloKovalev pic.twitter.com/fDCaAp79bL

Derp Derp???? what the fuc is Derp Derp supposed to mean???? Why don't you ever talk like a normal human and not use strange words. What the hell are you even taking about with number 5???? You make zero sense, Canelo loving Weirdo. The point is by your own admission GBP lied about no draining tactics. Being able to gain more weight after a morning weigh in is not at all the same as no morning weigh in. Putting on a bunch of weight in a few hours is always bad for the boxer.Facts:
1.) GBP imposed a morning weigh in limit.
2.) Main Events would’ve told GBP what Kovalev already said, still, GBP put on the morning limit.
3.) Kovalev Can still rehydrate as he pleases towards the fight.
4.) Kovalev’s own testimony is telling you he has (by facts) has done rehydration from 2-7 kilos sharing his experience.
And the best fact is... wait for it...
5.) You same bozos complained about Canelo’s, like a once Crawford, rehydrating north of 15lbs at 154.
If Kovalev has admitted 15lbs over, why complain about Canelo before? Derp derpComment

Guys, come on. Lol. As someone who doesn't think the clause will necessarily be the kiss of death for Kov (at least in of itself), these remarks are less than reliable, just to the extent that pretty much any bill of goods or assertion of confidence in the build up to a fight is ultimately unreliable. You listen and hope your guy is speaking in earnest, but you never actually know. When does a fighter ever candidly lay out his impending doom? Never, even in the most egregious mismatch charade. There's an obvious incentive for positivity (deceitful if necessary) when selling something. TLDR - regardless of whether the clause has any marked effect on his performance, wtf else is he going to say on record? Let's just focus on what will hopefully be a competitive, memorable clash.Comment
