4lbs... Lol. He had to try 4 times to make weight and we're supposed to belive this BS. The dude wants to get paid well for this, which is why they hid the hydration clause for so long, to legitimize the fight.

2009 Miguel Cotto. “I’m healthy, I ate good, my health and strength will be too much”.For those *****ing about the Canelo Rehydration clause - Here is Kovalev himself stating he only gains 4-8lbs after weighing in and when gaining more it’s a disadvantage for him to come in too heavy #CaneloKovalev pic.twitter.com/fDCaAp79bL

That never stopped anyone from saying he was weight drained.Comment

1. We dont know if that clause will affect him or not. But its there. We all thought Kova was going to make weight with no problem, and he needed several tries to make it. Think about that
2. I can care less about it as long as they give us a good fight.
Rooting for the underdog but I also give Canelo props for fighting him. Not at his prime but the weight makes it interestingComment

I think dlh and cott o saying what they're gonna do to Pac before fight. But after battering excuses had to be made to excuse performance to save legacies.Comment

Y'all still complaining. A lot of you that are complaining about weight, are couch potatoes lards. You guys don't know what it's like to compete and maintain a certain weight for competition. A person could either benefit or deteriorate in performance from adding weight. It all depends on the individual.Comment

kova has always been a slender guy. Ever since Canelo made his debut on hbo, fighting little bit below jrmiddleweight, I always knew the kid was bigger than what he weighed in. Canelo was always going to put on more weight as he aged1. We dont know if that clause will affect him or not. But its there. We all thought Kova was going to make weight with no problem, and he needed several tries to make it. Think about that
