Hey Lance, as a native Spanish speaker, your questions were very poorly translated and stripped of a lot of their meaning hence why Canelo came off a bit standoff-ish. Can’t overstate how bad the translating job was, she was amazing at replicating his confused tone though lol.

This is the only quote from the video besides Canelo trying to understand what he’s being asked:

He said nothing about the story being inaccurate at all.

The Athletic is a joke and a failure, mediocre reporting, stories, no chance to succeed.

Coppinger is nothing but a PBC Haymon puppet begging for some crumbs. There are no reliable sources in boxing today, except for a slight few, everyone is either a slave to an agenda or begging to become a slave to an agenda. Boxing media is in very bad shape.
