This means Loma and Canelo are the true WBC champs while Haney and Charlo are now the WBA Regular champs. WBA started this nonsense when they created 2 belts elevating the WBA Super champ status above the WBA Regular champ. Now WBC following. It sucks but the WBC Franchise = WBA Super and WBC Regular = WBA Regular.

If Loma beats the IBF champ next he will still be undisputed just like many fighters have become undisputed while being WBA Super champ and not fighting the secondary WBA Regular champ.

All it really means is the belts allow the fighters to duck, period.

And on paper that was called by Roy Jones as best fight in history of boxing. Next to Shakur he is still the smaller fighter. I'd like to see him take on the four belt holders at 130 and when Shakur moves up to meet there. Haney by sheer size can cause serious damage to Loma. Haney is a 147 pound fighter waiting to happen. Loma could go back down to 126 and still be fighting opponents same size or larger. Remember Rigo called out Loma heavy for that fight and after Loma just said, 'I take no credit for that, he was too small'. You think Haney would say the same thing if he beats Loma? Or boxing 24? Most pundants still think Loma is too skilled for Haney. I don't know. Haney's the real deal. Haney made a dumb remark though. He said he could beat everyone Loma has beat. But Haney could never go down to 126 to fight Gary Russell or the Ax man, actually that might have been 130. That's like Tyson saying he could have beaten everyone that Mayweather beat. And?
