So you dont know if he was ko'd? Then why act like like I was clearly wrong when ur basing ur info on interviews. Kovalev alludes to the one fight but I heard they fought at least twice...

The facts are that Beterbiev did win against the guy with the best jab in the division and would almost certainly ko Kovalev now. Bivol has a good jab and is fairly quick on his feet but I question his punch resistance.

At the moment I cant see any of the guys at light heavyweight beating Beterbiev aside from Bivol.

Fighters out dog him in order to beat him, and I'm not sure there's any LHW out there that can do that.

Out boxing him is one thing, it's keeping up with him for 12 rounds and holding up to his punching power that is the other issue.
It's also worth nothing that he actually has a win over the Usyk in the amateur's, I think in their first meeting perhaps? In fairness, Usyk won the others but i've also read he knocked Usyk down in 1 of the losses too. Beterbiev has a lot of angles to his game, interesting to watch his jump jab too

Damn, Beterbiev is an absolute beast. If only he was more active he'd probably be a lot more popular; fans love KO's but we want our favorite fighters to compete more than once in a blue moon.

Dude...if you think a guy would say that a fight was controversial...with 'witnesses' believing he won...if he had gotten KOed...I mean what are you talking about man lol...just think for 5 seconds.

You tried to inject yourself into a discussion to support Beterbiev...who is a great fighter...but you didn't know what you were talking about and made false claims...we all do that sometimes...trying to act like we know more about a situation than we do...but it isn't really something we should applaud or double down on.

Just admit you were wrong and move on man lol...no offense but I see why you are in the red...have a great day

Btw - that 'win' vs Kov would have been like 10 years ago lol...it means almost nothing now for the two men...as I said, I think a good jab would/could trouble Beterbiev...the apparent close fights between the 2 in the Ams proves that in a way...I would like to see him face someone with a good jab, Kov would suffice, though with Kov's issues now I think he is a late KO waiting to happen.

If you want to bend over backwards to support Beterbiev on every little thing, go ahead man, knock yourself out...like Beterbiev couldn't do to Kov at least once in the ams

              Ward vs Kovalev 2...

I politely asked u for evidence as I freely admitted I haven't seen the fights and couldn't find any video evidence of it.

I'm happy to admit I'm wrong if it is indeed the case, notice I'm I haven't said u were wrong once. your the one however saying I'm wrong without proving any evidence... I do like how defensive you have gotten though.

Dont bother to reply as it's clear u dont want to converse like an adult

Lol spin away dude...I tried to treat you like an adult, and you tried to get snarky...have a great day buddy...if you need explaining that a fight where 1) people view it as controversial and 2) HERE IS THE KEY PART - that some people who watched think the guy who lost, really won.

Well clearly that means the fight went to the cards...any other scenario doesn't really make sense...think before you post bro, I've seen other posts of yours and you're usually a bit better than this.

^ Needs to have the last word but cant provide a shred of evidence when politely asked. Not interested in conversing with you any further, ur clearly a very emotional person.

These people seem to be that one guy who posted on here is was a controversial points win, if that's your evidence then you have no leg to stand on..

Montreal RDS stated on Sunday that Gvozdyk indeed suffered a concussion... No bleeding was detected but the fact that they kept him under observation for 2 nights tells me he wasn't in great shape after the beating...
