I'm sure AJ is training hard for the rematch, but not has hard as Ruiz. Ruiz is hyper focused on keeping the belts and I think that will give him the edge.
As for the fight, I predict AJ will run around the ring trying to box from the outside at all cost. He knows if he tries to exchange on the inside, he'll go down for sure. For Ruiz, he'll have to close the ring off and bring the Mexican style. Overall, I think AJ will be fighting off the back foot and uncomfortably again.Comment

How do you know what a snakey scumbag like Hearn wants? Have you ever seen a guy who talks like a parrot be straightforward in dealings?
If he doesn't want Ruiz to keep the belt, he wouldn't have pressured an unfit boxer to go into the ring and added extra pressure on him to do it quick, against that type of opponent. He wanted a showcase in America but decided to pick the worst style matchup for a guy who has always struggled with short guys. And he didn't just pick any short guy - he picked the one with very fast hands and great chin. Then went out there all over interviews talking about he has to outdo what Wilder did by getting him out of there quick, despite knowing his fighter was unfit. If he was fit - they wouldn't have employed Navy SEALs to help him deal with concussion and shock and psychologists the week leading up to the fight (when he has never had them in his camp since he started boxing).
We saw Hearn making all kinds of excuses for GGG after the Dervy fight, while claiming he was sick leading up to the fight when GGG didn't show any sign of it before and after the fight. However, a fighter, he's supposed to care about and the one that made him who looked out of it from the week leading up to the fight and even on fight night before the fight - he claimed there was nothing wrong with him.
Hearn is a scumbag.Comment

Boxing is a sport that is well prided in the tough and grueling routines fighters put their bodies through to get them to look the way they do. Ruiz doesn't represent the physique of a boxer and to the casual fan it is a running joke. I hope AJ sends him back to fighting journeymen and gorging on Snickers bars.Comment

Keep lying to yourself. A guy with acupuncture scar on his face the week leading up to the fight, who looked out of sort during the ring walk and was getting his neck massage before the fight was 100% right. But the one who was jumping around and looked perfect was sick, lol.Comment
