Why in hell would he do that???? Beterbiev is a young prime 175 pound monster. GGG is a great middleweight on the downhill slide at 37 years old. That 15 pound jump from 160 to 175 is a big one. Sure Canelo will probably beat old washed up Kovalev who is ready to be beaten by a good fighter. Beterbiev is a completely different story. 100 percent KOs. Canelo would not dare fight Beterbiev and I am certain of that. GGG should leave Beterbiev alone too. Beterbiev is probably the best at 175 and no middleweight is going to beat him or even go the full distance with him in my opinion. GGG getting beat by Beterbiev to one up Canelo is a bad idea. GGG should rematch Dervy if Canelo keeps refusing to fight him.

Beterbiev is 34 soon to be 35 in two months. He is not prime. And last night's fight showed he's not elite either. Ward would stop him easy.
