Yeah it is the only fight i'm perferring on the Undercard is Kenny Kenne. Now that country boy can fight. Kinda like Winky Wright in his win lose record. Andre Ward was suppose to be on the card.

He doesn't look as bad as he did for the 1st Tarver fight. This weigh-in I would equate to the Eric Harding fight. His body looks similar to that and supposedly he was not in the best shape for that fight.Originally posted by Bobby PeruWe know, but he looks worse than ever before.
Im quite shocked.
Viewing the weigh-in video also Roy looks skinny in the arms, and looks as if he drained more than he did for the 3rd Tarver fight. He was def in shape for the rubbermatch with Tarver even if his head wasn't in it.Comment

I'm not worried about how he looks on the scale. He went on to win Tarver 1 so even he does look bad here, he can look good in the ring. I don't care for who is on the undercard. I just care about the main event. I plan to watch this fight til the very end. **** if he does lose SLW you might have someone crying with you. If anyone wants to say something about it, you can just keep it with ya cause I have 100 % support for Jones.Comment

again...I think all of your comments are psychological effects of knowing that Jones is not in his prime and on his last legs...you start LOOKING for what MAY be wrong...
if a fighter raises his arms straight up during a weigh in vs a fighter who flexes his muscles during a weigh in...the one raising his arms may not look as muscular...
I think it is as simple as that...
Bernard Hopkins and Erik Morales suck in their stomachs and broaden their shoulders up during weigh ins making them look drawn...
an intense and confident fighter will flex his ripped body and look GREAT (Vargas recently), but show up plodding and slow (vs Mosley II) and get knocked out...
take split second screenshots for what they are...again, no problem to form an opinion...just don't let yourself always believe that a screenshot can determine what has happened for weeks or months in training campComment

Nah. Roy looked bad at the 1st Tarver fight, and he looks similar to that here. For the 3rd Tarver fight I knew Roy was past his prime but he looked great at the weigh in and he was in shape. He didn't fight well but that was mental.again...I think all of your comments are psychological effects of knowing that Jones is not in his prime and on his last legs...you start LOOKING for what MAY be wrong...
Here it looks like he may be drained, and I saw the weigh in video which showed me a good lok at him, not just his arms.
But like I said, we'll see tomorrow.Comment

this should be an interesting card. ajamu definetly has a good shot at ringing jones' bell. jones will want to be on his toes for this one, but i don't know if he's still got the legs to box all night. and he's out to prove something to people - bad combo. i think amaju will stretch him and possible knock him out.Comment
