My hating Manny has no bearing on whether he gets credit or not. I hated him when I gave him credit for Thurman. Hated him when I called the Bradley win in their 1st fight a robbery. Hated him when I pointed out Morales was past it when he beat him. Hated him when I made money off him beating ODH.

As a mature adult I can separate my feelings. When you grow up you hopefully will be able to do same.

I think you mean- if Spence comes back and it’s clear the accident diminishes his skills and he clearly is not the same fighter he was before the accident and Manny then decides to fight him and beats him will he get the same credit as if he fought and defeated Spence prior to the accident ?

I don’t think so. I can’t see how anyone would expect him to given this is NSB and posters like you always find ways to take credit away from wins. Why should that be any different for Manny?

It’s best Spence stays away from PAC at this point.

Since PAC is already the much superior boxer in every way, and the car crash might have rattled Spence’s brain and ligaments, he could get permanent damages from boxing Pacquiao.

He was an alcoholic
He was damaged in his car crash.

Spence and his fans claim he is a special fighter the bogeyman of the division.

Pacquiao at 41/42 is half the fighter he once was, beating Spence will be massive.

But the sames ones hyping up Spence will discredit Pacquiao when he wins.

Why wouldn't the W be legit for Grandpa Pac?

Boxers are almost ALWAYS walking wounded.
Injury, accident, or whatever... if (x)SAC clears Spence to fight, and Spence shows up
then he's a legit scalp to be taken. Floyd has a legit win over Pac, for the same reason,
Pac's torn shoulder be damned. If Adrien or Keith had defeated Pac, then age difference
be damned, it'd still have been a legit win.

Really now, if Mikey or Danny or Shawn or Bud were to get a W over Errol, it would be
consensus-hailed as a great win for the victor...

but somehow, if Pac were to hypothetically beat Spence, there'd still be this horde of
fucking haters demanding an asterisk to the win: because an uninjured Spence was
"psychologically" damaged by the car crash; or because Spence had somehow grown
old overnight (even older than Pac); or perhaps because such a huge win would maybe
threaten their precious belief that Floyd HAS to be TBE.
