Pac s full of excuses for his losses but that isn't necessarily a barrier for his opponent not getting credit for beating pac. Robbing Pac with gift decisions are barriers though
You can make as.many excuses as you want if Pac were to beat spence.
But it would still be better than any Floyd win as was the thurman win even with the one arm and car excuses.
