In order to knock people out, they have to open themselves up to get knocked out.

Mikey didn't try to win a round, he just survived. Anybody can do that. The first few guys who went 10-12 with Tyson used to do the same thing.

U cant disregard that he jumped up 2 weight classes no tune-ups vs Spence. His only lost of his career. That aint enough to just erase all he did to become p4p.

So did Amir Khan and Kell Brook and they both acquitted themselves pretty well against Canelo & GGG before getting KTFO.

And Brook was still ranked high at 147 basically it didnt effect their rankings.

Moving up like that is like failing an extra credit quiz and it effecting your grade.

In most cases, I'd agree with you

I agree Amir Khan wasn't P4P and he still outboxed Canelo, who is for a lot of their fight.

Brook wasn't effected because he did better than most people thought he would against GGG.

But again, Mikey was supposed to be the better boxer and got outboxed for 12 rounds.

If he outboxed Spence & then got KTFO, it wouldn't have effected his status
