Usyk is going to have trouble getting respect from the top heavyweights as he seems to have very little power.
A prime Witherspoon was destroyed by Chris Arreola and some pretender called Seth Mitchell yet Usyk was barely able to hurt an out of shape and worn out version Witherspoon.

      Hmmm, the power isn't there.

However, fury also gets by without any real power either.

Too weak for Wilder... shoo even Arreola would hurt him.

Watch usyk get praised for moving up and beating this bum yet those same clowns will bash Canelo for moving up and facing Sergey freakin kovalev smh
Is Canelo making a permanent move to LHW to box the likes of Bivol, Bertebiev, Gvozdyk?
This is an entry fight for Usyk where his opponent failed a drug test and this was a last minute replacement. Kind of like when Canelo boxed Rocky Fielding.
Also, no one is hyping Usyk because of this win. He's beaten Michael Hunter, Gassiev, Briedis and Huck. Those guys were elite at Cruiserweight.

I like Usyk alot, he's a phenomenal boxer but witherspoon was never good heavyweight. Good display for his first performance at the weight though. Id like to see him go through with the takam fight after this, that way we can compare his performance against a guy who has fought championship level guys.

Ok... the question on ready... poor translation by Igis...

Real answer was... "I don't know if I am ready or not based on this fight, BUT I know I can box."

Lol man he wasn't trying to get rounds. He just knew he couldn't knock the dude out. He also knew Witherspoon wasn't in shape which is why they chose him.

Put him up against a guy like Chisora next. Witherspoon was there to be hit, and offered very little in return. I like Usyk, but not sure he has the tools to cope with someone with heavy hands.

Usyk never had power, we all know that. He didn't have power at cruiser, why would he have power at HW?

He doesn't need to take anyone out, just like Derevyanchenko didn't need power to beat GGG (decision going to GGG is a different topic all together).

Usyk will not be KOing any heavies.

But he can out work them, and he can potentially win.

Put the pipe down if you truly believe Bivol is faster than Canelo!

Canelo wouldn’t have got caught by the extremely raw and extremely
Slow Joe Smith like Bivol did!

Next thing you’ll say is that Bivol has better defense than Canelo lmaoooo
