    Well said.

Two years. Make him prove his innocence, drop that soap and make him box for his ******ity.

No surprise if he does alcohol or drugs in his system
Whats your point , stop playing the coulda game , You don’t throw people in jail because because of sh.it that could have happend , You actually have to do something

Like there’s a sh.it load of boxers everyone thinks is on that special PED sauce , should they be banned for life without evidence or failing a test ? Or send them to jail because they could have potentially killed someone in the Ring?

because the reality is he didn’t hurt anyone but himself and we don’t know. I’m not saying he wasn’t drinking or what not just wait for the evidence to come out before you assume and want to throw him in jail saying he could have hurt someone speeding or drinking & Driving
& if you are going speed , 3am is the best time for it the roads are empty less chance of hurting anyone except yourself
Maybe he was speeding , So what , That’s a Ticket , You don’t know how fast he was going , or what the situation was , If I had a Ferrari I’d drive it at only 2 speeds , Real slow to let Mofo’s see who was driving it and let them get in their feelings , or real fast because that’s what it was meant for. You’re going tell me if you had a Ferrari you would always obey the Speed Limit or you never speed right now.

why are you rushing to judgment , wait for the facts to come out

The best thing is Errol survived and no one else got hurt and from the sounds of it he’s not going to be Permanently Disabled, Most times it doesn’t play out like that

People saying no are out of their mind.

If I flipped my car over 5 times, I would expect to go to prison.

Wreckless driving and if he was drinking then yes. Both are a crime. Just because you get injuries doesn't mean that's the punishment.

Look I'm a big fan of his but he did the dirt.

Quit the woulda/ coulda/Shoulda game like you’re his parents

Only person he hurt was himself , Maybe he fell asleep at the wheel or dropped his phone and swerved trying to get it / Maybehis GF was chirping to him on the phone , Who the f.uck knows but how can anyone thinks he deserves jail if he was sober and didn’t hurt anyone else but Himself

            It’s called a accident for a reason
Bro that ain't no accident check the speed he was doing.
Surely that's not legal in America.

Reckless driving usually gets your license suspended but if you have money there’s ways around it like a hefty fine with a high price Lawyer

The guy was lucky he was drunk so he was relaxed when he flew out had he been sober first thing you do is try to break your fall which with extended arms I sure he would have broke his arm or dislocated a shoulder

If the police can prove he was drunk and/or speeding without justification, then yes.

The only thing that stopped someone from being killed was pure luck

That will depend on his Brac level and the judge he faces.

While I agree it is best that Spence survived, he should face a fine like anyone else. Owning a Ferrari doesn't entitle you to speeding or endangering anyone.....

Most of all, I feel people are quick to forget that he should have died being ejected like he was. Just be thankful that someone who has given us entertainment has survived and worry about the legal stuff to the courts.
