Dany Heatly a NHL player was speeding in his Ferrari crashed and killed his best friend / teammate and was charged but didn’t get jail time because he wasn’t drunk and anyone with a f.ucking brain realizes that it was accident even though he was acting reckless by speeding , But You Guys think Spence should go to jail for years because he was speeding and f.ucked himself up without even knowing if he was drunk or not. Mistakes / Accidents happen in life and not every time that they do does someone deserve to go to jail sometimes especially car crashes you just chalk that sh.it up as being part of life

I’ve never heard of someone or think someone would deserve jail time because they were excessively speeding got in a accident didn’t hurt anyone else but f.ucked themselves up. Where the same people on here saying Kovalev deserved jail time when he crashed his car ,Knowing his rep Most likely he was speeding and drunk. I don’t remember any Mother f.ucker here claiming he deserved time over crashing his own Car

While I agree it is best that Spence survived, he should face a fine like anyone else. Owning a Ferrari doesn't entitle you to speeding or endangering anyone.....

Most of all, I feel people are quick to forget that he should have died being ejected like he was. Just be thankful that someone who has given us entertainment has survived and worry about the legal stuff to the courts.

Car accidents are just a luck of the draw , known a guy fly out the car in a major accident and literally walk away with just a broken thumb , knew another guy riding his dirt bike wouldn’t even say recklessly and wipe out off the road into a small ditch , bike was fine and ended paralyzed from the lower chest down , It’s almost always just luck that determines the extent of injuries

Like you said at least Errol didn’t die and no one else was hurt and from reports he can live a normal life after and be with his family and possibly resume his career
