The only journalism that even occurred was all local stuff by JD Miles of CBS Dallas who got a hold of the video and reached out to the police for details regarding the DWI investigation. He broke the stuff about Errol having broken teeth which hasn't been confirmed outright but is feasible given his confirmed facial lacerations.

Besides that, it was all press releases from Mike Smith and PBC and like a phone call DiBella got.

These "news outlets" are reposters. **** is sad.

And to be honest this is the real source, PBC would try as much to downplay everything (Which they probably should do). But once it was put out that he had broken teeth i knew he would be ok.

Yeah that's true it's like every YouTube channel is your local news rerunning what the big networks already reported earlier. But with some of these peoples vested interested you'd think they'd try and do some digging or something.

people go to jail for reckless driving so I aint gonna cry about it if they lock em up and people go to jail for DWI too so again I wont cry if they lock him up but I also wont cry if they let him go cause people walk on both those charges too with a slap on the wrist. However the courts want to handle it I will have no complaints.

Like I’ve previously stated I don’t know what happend but Gimps on here think he deserves years of Jail time because he crashed his own f.ucking car and only hurt himself , what kind of logic is that seriously

Not American but Don’t think you go to jail for either falling asleep or reaching for your phone if caught in the UK or the States

If people went to jail for using their phones while driving there would literally be no cars on the road.

In a perfect world you would concentrate 100% on the road while driving have your hands 10-2 drive 5 under the speed limit and not have music playing and kids wouldn’t be allowed to make a sound in cars but in a Perfect World there’d also be no Wars or people going Hungry, Murder or Pollution , But in the real world everything I mentioned exists and no one drives like that , especially not Rich young guys driving Ferrari’s at 3 in the morning

I stopped listening to him once he revealed how racist he was against Latinos and whites. Dude is the definition of ignant.

Why does anyone on here care if he goes to jail or not? I'm sure there are credible people investigating this to determine if he committed a crime or not. Why should/would some random poster on on a boxing site care about Spence going to jail for a car accident?

If he was drunk, he must be punished. Maybe not jail but some serious fees and community service. He could have easily killed innocent people. I lost a friend to a drunk driver and the guy was able to pay his way out of jail time

If he had alcohol in his system beyond the legal limit, or some other substance, then he should be treated like any other driver. No special treatment. At a minimum maybe a fine and suspended license if he was clean. Something tells me he learned his lesson.
