Spence faces at least Two Charges

    I hope he fully recovers.

They will wait till he's better or hopefully out of the hospital.

But they've tested his blood for sure. So they have proof of whatever alcohol level he had shortly after the accident and before it metabolized.

Then they can tell from tire tracks and video his speed just before crash. [I presume they'll give him a pass for not wearing a seat belt.]

So these 2 charges are coupled, and it's quite serious. Innocents could have been killed were it not for middle of the night.

There will be pressure not to favor a celebrity here as they will have proof of both charges.

So it may be for legal, more so than medical, reasons, that he won't be fighting for some time.

Facing charges are the last of his worry's at this point. He is lucky to be alive.

If and when he returns to boxing at this point is secondary. We were all young once. Most of we lucky enough to learn from our mistakes

In all seriousness yeah, he should absolutely do some time...you can't do stuff like that...I have always liked Spence but it wasn't like it was some rural area he was in...he could definitely have killed someone and obviously was lucky to not kill himself...have to wonder what the hell was going on to flip the car like that...just a terrible story for him

Why does everyone keep going on about how young he is? The man is practically 30 years old.

Fixed that for you. And we all know it's true.

If Errol Spence ends up fine - and I hope he does, and he ends up fighting again soon and serving no jail time...100% Al Haymon was the reason.

Since when does your first dwi and speeding result in jail time even when there is a crash?

The charges are nothing compared to what could have happened to him or someone he hit. I hope he makes a full recovery and learns from this.

I was still ****ing up at 30.

I didn't settle down until my 1st son was born. It took seeing and caring for that little guy to make me see life wasn't about me.

Hopefully Spence comes out this with with a different view on life.
