By the way, it appears Andrade made a mistake signing with matchroom who won’t put him in with GGG either....who they co promote.

Suddenly Canelo is right...11 days ago “Golovkin should have fought Andrade and not Derevyanchenko” people here change tones more often than they change underwear it seems

It's not they're not good at what they do. They're excellent. But damn, man. Do you like watching a hundred jabs and feints and footwork for twelve rounds? People want action and considering what Canelo is getting paid, they have to deliver something that seems explosive, like the Kovalev fight.
Styles makes fights. I doubt it would be boring. Everyone thought Hurd vs Williams was gonna be boring and one-sided. Canelo will pressure and Andrade doesn't like to be pressured, he fights agressive when pressured. Two talented, high boxing IQ guys. It would be very interesting ... at least until someone got hurt ... and maybe all the way through.

What's in your (and others) head is exactly that, in your head (Canelo included). No one knows how that fight will go. As far as Canelo predicting "boring", that's just a diss to the opponent and an excuse. Ali didn't care if the other guy was boring, he was bringing a show and would tell you.

LoL, Canelo: dragging every pitiful reason outta the book why fights SHOULDN't happen. A champion gives you every crazy reason why a fight SHOULD happen. But this cherry-picking generation ....

Well, I'm all well and good with everybody fighting everybody. I'd love to see my favorite fighters in the ring way more than twice a year but it's what we've got and it doesn't seem to be changing. With only two fights a year and sometimes less, you have to pick your spots. I'd love to see all the top guys fight of course. But hell, they drag this **** out nowadays for so long that it just can't happen. Ridiculous but it is what it is. Let's say Canelo had four fights next year. Sure! Bring Andrade and BJS and Callum Smith and Dervy and everybody. But that won't be happening...

Really is a bit of a tough sell, Canelo will be making his DAZN millions so no need for PPV points, Andrade has a belt and if Canelo doesn't want it to be a boring fight he can pretty much control that, or should be able to.

Not to say there isn't other fights I might prefer to see Canelo in next, just these don't really seem like good reasons.

Yeah he did. But he ain't pushing hard for Charo either. Andrade needs to go Shannon Briggs on all of them ... showing up talking schism (sh**) at their workouts and press conferences, LoL!

AND he should be clownin' Matchroom/DAZN for paying him to rot on the sidelines ... for big money (how much was it? Does anyone know?).

Andrade is indeed boring, but he'd be a good challenge style wise

he's basically a bigger Lara, though not as skillful as the cuban

Yeah, we agree there. Ali fought 2 - 4 times a year on TV in the 60's and 70's. We have ten times the outlets and networks, twenty times more money, and these guys need 4 months minimum between fights (that usually last 3 - 6 rounds ... NO 15 rounders like back in the day).
Then these guys want 10 mill and up to fight ... it's ridiculous. The bubble will burst soon enough.

If the money doesn't dry up, a few of these fighters gonna run into young, underpaid, under-valued, hungry stars of the future .... who will whoop ya a$$ for a dime (see AJ/Ruiz).

Of course, they may duck them, if the fight is "boring".

Of course he hasn't fought anyone, they're all afraid for some reason. Boring or difficult? Why are fighters worried for the fans. I'd rather you fight the top guys and let us judge afterwards if it's a good fight. No way would that fight be as boring as the fight for the belt at 168.

I hate these excuses. Nelo has a resume but now others will say the same as an excuse.
