How do people like Andrade ever get an opportunity then?! I can't even tell if he is any good because nobody will fight him. Andrade needs to fight and fight and beat the door down and show that he is that good. Canelo is about to face a light heavyweight so you can't say he ever walks away from a challenge though.

Why can’t champions now a days just fight the top ten in their divisions & their mandatories Instead of selecting their own opponents? Who gives a s*** if their boring, let the commissions worry about who the contenders are. Canelo didn’t mind fighting a boring mummified Jr who was nothing more than a punching bag that night.

Easy to be willing to fight anyone when Youve never once in your career had even 1 scorecard not go your way and always seem start fights with a 2-4 round lead , I mean most think Mayweather shut him out and Canelo was given 3,4,6 rounds , He lost to Lara and was still given 9,7,5 rounds and lost to Golovkin but was given 10,7,6 rounds

Canelo's comment's are not entirely without merit, Andrade's record is not exactly littered with ATG's. Let's face it though, he simply doesn't want to fight boxers as slick as the likes of Andrade or Saunders; they pose far to difficult a night's work for the amount of reward available.
The "you're not worth my time" stance is not one of an ambitious leader trying to expand an empire, but that of an aging one looking to consolidate the empire he's already built. I thought that stage of Canelo's career was still at least a couple of years away, but he has had a hell of a lot of fights for someone his age.
