So Canelo says he doesn't want to fight Andrade because he's a boring boxer. Ok cool. So why not fight Charlo??? He's not boring. He throws punches in bunches and is always looking for the knockout. That sounds like a very entertaining boxer and a great fight but we won't get that fight because unfortunately Charlo's chin hasn't shown any flaws and we all know Canelo likes fighting boxers that have shown real weaknesses that he can exploit. That's why we're getting the Canelo vs Kovalev fight because Kovalev is the weakest link. Yes Kovalev has power but his chin and body are weak and nobody has really been able to really rock Canelo so the odds of Kovalev knocking out Canelo the odds to me are very low.

He lost to Mayweather, most think he lost to Lara, most people know he lost to GGG...Twice, he picks the weakest link at SMW for a garbage belt that meant nothing, now he is fighting an aging LHW who has lost some power in his punches and more suspect to the body....but he wont take a fresh challenge like Andrade or Charlo? Hmmm...cant you nuthuggers see Canelo is way overrated and does not fight legitimate threats? When he did he lost..

Once your an established star you can call your own shots and take whatever fights you want because your the draw.
Smith had the allure of filling up Cowboy stadium and Jerry Jones ponying up a huge site fee.
Chavez Jr. was a big money fight on Cinco de Drinko and did huge PPV numbers.
Fielding was a his first fight on DAZN and was a makeup fight for missing his usual May date due to tainted street tacos.
When your on the way up you should show your willing to take some risks and prove your worth before you start calling your own shots.
Canelo did it to get the Mayweather fight. Floyd wanted him to stay on his undercards and help his PPV buys with the Mexican audience. Canelo said no, made his own big fight at the Alomodome (I was there and it was a big time fight crowd) to show he was a big draw for Floyd and got his shot.
Andrade and GGG can fight each other for the right to lose to the boxing cash cow.

There's always an excuse with this guy, and lames come on here to defend it. Canelos last fight with jacobs was boring as fk. As was his fight with Chavez Jr. As far as accomplishments, anyone wanna tell me what rocky fielding, beefy Smith, khan, Chavez Jr, or Kirkland accomplished leading into fights with Canelo? Bottom line is andrade has a difficult style to beat for anyone, so canelo and his groupies will minimize him as a threat to defend a duck. It's what they did with ggg for almost 2 yrs, and the boring excuse was also used to avoid a rematch with Lara. Meanwhile Lara vs angulo and lara vs Hurd were more exciting than any fight Canelo has ever been in.

They put all their chips on Jacobs and were trashing Andrade a while back. Then Canelo schooled Jacobs and now the pathetic LDBC is running back to Andrade.

That is because no one will fight him including you , which brings me to my next point, Canelo said he will rematch GGG but only if he has a belt because Canelo wants to be undisputed, well Andrade holds a belt so why not fight him and unify???

Miss-matches like Chavez and Fielding can be boring. Beat downs on the likes of Munguia would be boring.

Andrade isn't always pleasing on the eye, but the same can be said about guys like BJS. These are the better fights in the division though, as well as guys on the same network..they shouldn't just be dismissed if Canelo is going to stay at 160.
