I don't know why Bob Arum is still relevant. King was ran out of boxing, but at least he got fights made. Getting a fight made with an Arum fighter has always been a tough task. I'm still shocked to this day that De la Hoya vs Trinidad took place while both were in their primes. King and Arum putting their top undefeated fighters in the ring together. That itself is a 30 for 30 episode on how that was accomplished.

thats a great point about oscar/trinidad...i think the landscape was much different back then too though....its getting tougher and tougher for bob to realize that hes reach/scope has dwindled a bit....and just the general landscape overall of it being tougher to get buys/views...boxing is less popular now in the US than it was even just back during the time of oscar/tito
