Funny how before & after Canelo ggg throws body shots but only landed 13 accross both fights to nelos 100,thats 13% of nelos body shots g landed. Vs derev he landed 22 to Derevs 50. Ironic how Nelo makes fighters known for being ko artist/body punchers become timid
Good observation, Canelo's body work is a thing of beauty. In the 2nd fight GGG loaded up a few overhand rights in the early and middle rounds and was countered to the body. He was hesitant/timid from then on and mostly stuck to throwing jabs and lead left hooks.

GGG was bullied for the first time, he was forced to retreat and fight off his back foot all night, it's evident now why it messed him up mentally. He was used to bullying C level fighters his whole career, he finally ran into a bull and he got the horns.

Sergei absorbed some punishment too but he literally beat the Hell out of Triple G.
          Lol gtfoh man...

On the verge of knocking him out, in which alternate reality was that? If anyone was on the verge of being KOd, it was Derevyanchenko. Clownery smh

I said casuals like you, maybe not you specifically. But you saying it's embarrassing that GGG had a close fight with a top 5-10 middleweight at 37 y/o is ridiculous

He didn't look like that after the Jacobs fight. Count on Charlo and Andrade staying far away from this guy.

Man you are either psycho or on drugs. Go back and rewatch the fight. The fight wasn't even remotely close. That was a clear and decisive victory for Derevyanchenko.

Golovkin lost that fight and he knew he lost it and Hell even his own coach/trainer knew he lost it. He was awarded a gift decision. So what the fuck are you on?

I'm a Gennady fan but I am not going sit up here and be dishonest and say he won that fight when I know he lost. Look, Golovkin beat Canelo twice but was robbed.

He lost this fight and was awarded a gift decision. So I guess there is some kind of kind of poetic justice in play for those two Canelo fights.

So does the same narrative Canelo fans used in the GGG rematch apply now? Because Golovkin face wasnt nearly as fked up as this.

Huge GGG fan, but if you probably went to see Canelo face after the fight like in the morning his face would likely have been bruised up too. Not to the same extent as that but you get what I mean.

Still think Golovkin won that fight, think people are trying to create different scoring criteria just because they're use to him dominating.

I'd say you don't know how to score fights if you think it was a clear victory

Golovkin won rounds 1 including a knockdown and 2

                      I'd give Derevyanchenko rounds 3,4,5

Rounds 6 could have gone either way

                      Rounds 7,8 to Golovkin

Round 9, close (felt Golovkin edged it)

                      Round 10, Derevyanchenko

Round 11, Derevyanchenko won it but it was close

                      Round 12, Golovkin (close)

Derevyanchenko won only about 4 rounds clearly. You can't call that a decisive victory with so many close rounds. Could have gone either way. You can make a case for Golovkin winning 7 rounds so no you are wrong. And he was never on the verge of knocking Golovkin out, are you on crack?
