The last time we saw a prime Golovkin was 2015. Even in his fight against Lemieux in 2015 I remember thinking he looked like he was labouring more than usual. 2012 Golovkin comfortably beats Canelo, Jacob's and Derevyanchenko.

GGG won't take those fights, Eddie and DAZN will try to preserve him for a possible trilogy after his performance tonight. GGG's career will end how it started, knocking out C level fighters.
Beating golovkin clearly does nothing for a leagacy

        Rocky Fielding though...

I actually think clenelo will do the trilogy the slow and shot Lil G. He's already fighting the weakest champions at 160, 168, and now 175lbs. Why not ?

How is an unknown guy from Kazakhstan meant to get fights compared to the Golden Boy from Mexico when both were up and coming? No-one addresses it because it's a ridiculous comparison.

He might have a change of mind. He seems to be finished with the saga, but if GGG looks like that again, he may just fight him for the sake of it.

He does seemed to have drew a line under the in-ring rivalry though, and i think he'll probably stick to that.
