Once again you excuse the trainer for his actions that led to that and want to deflect. You are right. For his sake, he better hope and pray that Mr. James Ali Bashir has a change of heart and decides to not press or either drop the charges.

The maximum state penalty for an Aggravated criminal assault and battery charge is 20 years in most U.S. Jurisdictions. Not only is it a felony because he caused great bodily harm but it also becomes and Aggravated criminal assault case due to Mr. James Ali Bashir's age.

He is over the age of 65. He is 71 years old to be exact. Most states declare people that age vulnerable citizens; Which makes it that much worse of a crime.
