so no, I clarified my post was 100% not relevant to hating GGG - so that post of your failed.

what might generate dislike toward his fans is them not reading posts.

Another portion of the hate comes from ppl who witnessed the ggg camp unfairly criticized Cotto and Canelo for supposedly being “Divas” but when it was Golovkins turn he turned out to be even more scared to lose his position. Canelo is truly making ggg look like a real flip flopping Coward and yes we know he’s old but so was Cotto and that didn’t stop gggs assault on the veteran. Now ggg is a promoter so expect him to have the exact same integrity as a used car salesmen. But looking back at his Career every thing makes sense now, he’s always been full of shet! Please name one honest thing that he did “make good on!” Cuzz all I remember is alotta bounced checks and thats his legacy IMO but his fan base can keep pretending all you want! “He is nothing compared to Canelo!” He dosnt have the heart. This is only some of what I can say, I’m not trying to trigger you ggg fans but if you ask I’ll will tell you
Cotto said he would not defend his Middleweight title unless it's at a Catchweight. To me that's outrageous.

          https://www.espn.com/blog/dan-rafael...in-cotto-geale

          From Bleacher Report.

For all the criticism and questions, Cotto remains completely unapologetic about requiring catchweights and warns that anyone—presumably Saul “Canelo” Alvarez or Gennady Golovkin—who wants to face him will have to accept them as part of his terms or hit the road.

Are you actually holding this guy up as somebidy to admire. He effectively cut out the majority of the Middleweight division as challengers.

His fans and media hype him up and excuse his weak resume while giving him accolades he hasn't earned. When you question him on his weak resume, he claims it's because he's feared when he turned down fights with Lara, Ward, Saunders, Andrade and Charlo.

He talks a lot of crap he has no intention on backing up like beating anybody from 154 to 168.

Now we both know ggg always claimed he could “easily” make 154. Was he lying about that? Maybe that’s why he was unwilling to try! But didn’t he say he would do it for Floyd? Like I said, too many hyped up lies! And so what if it was a catchweight! Didn’t ggg just have a catchweight fight vs Rolls @164? Was that ok for ggg to do with Rolls but it’s not Ok for Cotto who took massive punishment in his career VS a fresh ggg who never took punishment! Answer that please

If you are fighting for the 154 title, you fight at 154. Golovkin's original offer to go to 154 was an offer to the winner of Canelo/Floyd. So yeah, if Canelo had won the title, the offer was to him also.

#1 Cotto was defending his title. I have said as far back as several years ago that title fights for rankings or titles should not be held at catchweights.
two guys want to make some money together go ahead as long as rankings and titles aren't at stake sure go for it. It's too damned bad that Cotto took punishment in his career. If he was a better fighter or used better judgement that wouldn't have happened. So yeah it's fair. As far as Rolls goes there was no title at stake. Was it for ranking?? Don't know. All I know is, it did not disadvantage Rolls because he has fought as high as LH before. What disadvantaged Rolls was he wasn't at Golovkin's level and had no chance of winning.
