It was a robbery, even if he didn’t get dropped in the last he still would’ve been down on the cardsComment

It was a close fight probably should have been a draw those 2 knockdowns he suffered made a big impactComment

If you thought Fury Wilder was a robbery ( which I didn't ) then you have to clearly think this was. Barrios took all kinds of punishment in this fight and even with the 2 knockdowns he only won 2 other rds therefore he loses by 1 point on my card ( which doesn't mean ***** ). The problem I have and I think many people have is how wide the scorecards were for Barrios. This isn't the worst decision I have ever seen but by far and away the worse scoring I have ever seen and that includes Lewis Holyfield one.Comment

They should protest. Saturday Akhmedov beat the sht out of Barrios and was robbed. But more than that, you dont give a fighter a 2 point round when he lost the round up to that point. And they need to start giving fighters 2 point rounds when they beat an opponent from pillar to post busting him up and beating him down. This was nothing short of a beat down.Last edited by richardt; 10-02-2019, 03:09 PM.Comment

scoring boxing is so subjective, the only thing definitive are Knockdowns and KOs, that's why scorecards are all over the place and corruption is so rampant and easy to get away with. It's gonna be impossible for Akmedov's team to prove their win when he got knocked down twice. It's very easy for Judges to say his workrate and aggressiveness was not effective, and you can't use Barrio's battered face because some fighters bruise easily. I had it at worst a draw for Akemedov, I thought he did enough to win despite the two knockdowns..Comment
