I'm excited for this. Way too many matches to be made for guys to not fight one of the top 8. May the best man win!!!!!

The problem with GGG is that 98% of his opposition is low level.

More a problem with the era than the fighter. Golovkin was born about 6 years too soon.

He treats every opponent the same. He takes no one lightly and nothing for granted. Pretty simple interpretation

I would say MOST of ggg's fights were against bums. Not all. He did fight Canelo, Lemuiex and Jacobs.

You can't prove it so it's just another opinion from a fan with a bias. (Yawn)

Problem for GGG is he has been too dominant in his Ws...if he allowed a few guys to go 12 rounds, then all of a sudden those guys would not be 'bums' and would now be 'great fighters'...when you blast everyone out and dominate them, the only recourse some have to hate is to underrate the quality of opposition.

He faced about 20 quality fighters/had about 20 quality fights thus far...he just has sparked out about 17 of them...everyone would call Jacobs a bum still if GGG KOed him in 11 rounds or something similar.

Historically most greats have a slip up every 5 or so quality fights they have...GGG had about 15 of those 'good' fights under his belt and no slips at all yet...very impressive imo.

most of the guys Golovkin selected were no-hopers who did little to nothing either before - or since - that fight
