Exactly, too many posters here who dont know how to digest what they've seen, if anything I'm more confident that Spence is a big problem for anyone. I think Crawford beats him, but it's very close, and Spence will beat 90% of the fighters between 147-160.

TS is not on point at all here

      Clearly not

I wouldn’t bet on him beating Porter in a rematch (or vice versa), and most of the 147 guys are around the same level, Thurman, Garcia etc

Whilst he wasn’t exposed (just finally qualified), this argument goes too far the other way

Truth. These clowns are just jerking each other off hoping if they repeat it enough, someone will believe them. Porter has given everyone a hard fight. Spence showed high ring IQ in dealing with Porters nearly endless energy.

The only thing that surprises me is that Spence is getting the Mayweather treatment already. The usual suspects are already lined up to root against him.

Pacquiao sits at the top of the food chain. We’ve seen he clearly beats fighters at that level

There’s nothing much separating the likes of Garcia, Thurman, Porter and Spence. They can continue to SD each other until the end of time
            Line up Spence vs Pacquio.

Nah agree to disagree, you'll see in time. Last night was close, I dont have a problem with it being scored either way but I think Spence would do better in a rematch, he processes better and he prob confirmed a few things about himself too...it was good experience.

Thurman will get stopped after being competitive early, Garcia is stylistically a tougher 12 round fight but prob a clear decision for Spence, you need a chin or next level ability to keep up with Spence at WW, Thurman doesn't have quite enough of either, that's the way I see it anyway.

Spence is in their pitching against any of the champions at 54-60 dont be fooled by Porters toughness, but I do think Crawford beats him very close.

Spence was in no way exposed he was fighting a multi time champion and top fighter at the pinnacle of his game and held his own when others would have collapsed under the huge pressure Porter was applying. I hope they sort out a rematch out because last night for me proved Spence and Porter are both the real deal, also great to see two top fighters behave with class before and after the match while absolutely battering each other during the bout. Great night for the sport so its disapointing to read so called fans looking to have a dig at either fighter after such an immense fight.
I disagree with how the judges had it. WAY to much of a gap on the scorecards.....i had porter myself. Wasnt an "exposing" though. But then again i dont know what "being exposed" means anymore

Perhaps my wording was wrong. I won't say that Spence was exposed but he is not bogeyman that everyone says he is.

All the hype surrounding him was definitely unwarranted and overblown. He proved that he is just as vulnerable as any other current welterweight.

Before this fight no one gave Shawn Porter half a chance of winning; But my how he proved everyone wrong with his performance which I had him winning by the way.

Most fans saw him as a bum and easy pickings for Spence; Who struggled in his last fight against Yordenis Ugas.

In any case, we boxing fans were the real winners in this fight. It was a highly entertaining and hotly contested fight which was a real treat.

You are absolutely right. The bar was set so much higher for Erroll Spence, Jr. He proved last night, that he was just another ordinary talent in the welterweight division.

This division is so loaded and packed with talent that on any given night anyone of them could put on career defining performance and Porter just proved that.
