Ruiz is not taking a dive. It's a bit crazy to suggest it.
Wilder's coach Mark Breland thinks Andy Ruiz will take a dive...

at what point was ruiz taking a beating or getting beat? And ajs jab is decent but for only like 4 rounds after that it becomes a lazy jab to the body because his arms are too heavy and his stamina is bad, him losing muscle may help with that. There was a reason why Ruiz was getting beat on until Joshua tried to shoot-out with him, and it had nothing to do with Joshua's ability.
Ruiz has fast hands, but don't ignore the rest of the puzzle; he's feet are slow, he's not really fast, and he gets hit, clean, a ****-ton.
To hell with loading up; how is Ruiz going to deal with that hard heavy jab in his face all night, with that check hook coming hard whenever he slips? And that's before Wilder can throw that straight right from range. LolLast edited by uppercut510; 09-27-2019, 09:45 AM.Comment

It doesn't pass the common sense test. AJ's people couldn't offer enough of an incentive to buy him off unless they could guarantee a rubber match for crazy money. Ruiz can make way more money winning this fight which opens up opportunities with Fury and Wilder.Comment

I like Mark Breland, hes done a hell of a job turning a terrible Boxer in to a world champion although the disgustingly bad resume has helped plenty thanks to some good ducking work by the PBC. But his stock is guna drop quick if he is looking to join in with the bad mouthing of Joshua and his opposition,
HEY MARK, leave the smack talk to your swinging ducker and the goons at the PBC, you keep trying to teach him how to Box, hes got a big fight coming up soon against some old man who never did anything in his career although he very nearly beat Wilder last time, you stay concentrating on that.Comment

Ruiz is a front foot counterpuncher. He doesn't initiate exchanges. Didn't you watch how he fought last time? AJ tried to fight at range and he was getting timed and countered after not too long. That's why he went in for the kill, he wasn't doing much with his long game and got frustrated quickly.Andy Ruiz is listed at 6' tall and he's slow. If Joshua goes to Ruiz and simply tries to just trade again, Ruiz is quicker at that range, and may be able to land another temple shot.
If Joshua's smart, he keeps the fight long, rakes him across the face with that jab all night, drop the heavy stuff from range, and simply let Ruiz keep plodding forward, possibly walking him onto a shot that really hurts him again.
Except work to finish from range this timeComment

You might put an I think or an in my opinion in front of AJ will batter him into unconsciousness. If AJ is a sure thing to win then why didn't he win the first fight??????Comment
