Here's the bullsheit logic I've come up with. If the earth is flat, then there is an underside to it. Natural human curiosity would cause us to want to explore that underside, similarly to the way some people are drawn to the depths of the ocean or finding the center of the earth. There must be something under there that causes the elites to tell us it's round to keep us from the (dramatic emphasis) Darkside of the Earth

I see the conspiracy...all these people who appear to do rock climbing as a recreational activity, are actually agents of the flat earth society preparing for their under earth expedition. no they are not more ****** because the earth isn't flat. anyone with rudimentary knowledge of science and space can see that planets are round. ever read a science book? ever taken an astronomy class? not sure what evidence you are talking about. if you are going with all the evidence in those texts and throughout history being fake then ok good luck to ya. i guess they fooled me. people knew the earth was round long before the space program confirmed it, but i guess you need more evidence. 1) one thing humanity as a whole tend to be absolutely terrible at is keeping secrets. People get away with murder and can't keep it to themselves.
2) Seems to me that many popular conspiracy theories would require a large number of people to successfully pull off.and, in the case of the moon landing, we're practically 50 years on now without anyone credible spilling beans. Key word being credible.
3) The cold war was in full swing in 69 and if any other country had the ability to prove the landing a hoax, and have the greatest desire to prove it a hoax, it was the USSR, who never did make claims of any sort. In fact, they started up their very own lunar landing program, and dumped lots of the comrades resources into said program. Said program, quite literally, never made it off the ground, instead it blew up on the launcher. I don't know, personally, I think this is as good a sign as any other that we went because, again, it says that the USSR obviously believed we went, and also again, the USSR wouldn't likely have wasted all the resources necessary to get a rocket just to the test phases without believing getting there was possible.

I don't think saying it correctly, but not to long ago i was walking into an office where the secretary and I often chat it up. One day i ask her "Ever hear this theory of a flat earth?"
