Lol “beat him twice”...whatever makes you feel better about canelo avoiding the fight. He publicly feuded with dazn and gbp, gave up his mexican date and sat out just so he wouldn’t have to fight ggg. Even the haters that like to go on about canelo beating ggg up etc know it was the toughest fight of canelo’s career and he was fortunate to get the decision in a close fight. In reality, they aren’t confident canelo is superior, or they’d have wanted the fight...they’re more than happy to wait til ggg is 40 lol.

Hearn himself...bro at that time Hearn was Andrade's promoter and only Andrade's promoter...I take everything any promoter says with a grain of salt, especially when it benefits their fighter/goes against another fighter.

To be fair I don't think GGG had much interest in Charlo, but I don't think Charlo had much interest in GGG as well...that fight was 'mandated' for about a day, and I never heard either side really seem like they want it...for all the 'hate' GGG gets, he is still a high reward, low risk fight...you can fight an easier opponent for roughly the same pay...fighting him does not get you the Canelo payday ya know.

So similarly I don't think Andrade was really itching for that GGG fight...they all want the Canelo fight, that's where the money is...if Charlo and Andrade were out there fighting all these killers right now instead of being carefully managed themselves, I would have a little more faith in the stories that they were 'ducked'.

But when your fights at MW between the two of them are...Fox, Walter, Akavov, Sulecki (good fight and performance from Boo Boo)...and then Heiland, Centeno, Monroe/Korobov, and then Adams...I just don't really see the angle that they are really taking on big risks and big fights right now either.

Hopefully we get some good fights at 160-168 in the next couple years though...will be interesting to see what GGG has left vs SD and then after fight some things should fall into place I think.

Andrade: Golovkin, Loeffler Rejected Me, They Wanted Rolls Fight

According to Andrade, he was willing to give Golovkin the opportunity to win a belt and face him last night, and DAZN pushed for the contest to take place.

However, Andrade claims that Golovkin and promoter Tom Loeffler rejected the fight.

He doesn't blame Canelo, and his promoter Oscar De La Hoya, for telling GGG to win a belt first.

"DAZN tried to make the fight between GGG and I as soon as he signed [with DAZN]. Tom Loeffler and GGG said - 'Absolutely not! We aren’t fighting Andrade in our first DAZN fight.' Oscar De La Hoya and Canelo know that, which is why they are telling GGG to get a belt," Andrade stated.

"I wouldn't be fighting Sulecki and GGG wouldn’t have fought Steve Rolls - if GGG would have accepted a fight with me. GGG is #1 in the World Boxing Organization, he was given the opportunity to fight me and said 'no way.' Truth!"

Andrade moved to middleweight in October of 2017.

So he should have fought them instead of Canelo Alvarez? LOL.

First of all, what Canelo did has nothing to do with what GGG did! Canelo did not fight Charlo or Andrade, but he fought GGG TWICE and fought Danny Jacobs! Now he's fighting the LHW Champion at the full 175! No catch weights, like GGG proposed for Andre Ward! He's not fighting Vanes Martirosyan or Steve Rolls!
