My problem is he never confirmed that he had signed before until now... before, he was crying about not wanting the fight to be in Vegas. So if he actually did sign back then, why the crying about it being in Vegas? But I think it’s BS, throughout these two fighters negotiations history, in fight 1 and especially in fight 2... ggg had been a ******** diva that has complained and demanded damn near everything you can think of from weight, to judges, to gloves, to refs, to national anthems and gloves for phuck sake! You’d think he the A side with all his ******** bi.tching whining and moaning... now for the third he said he would fight canelo but it’d have to be somewhere other than Vegas... I swear he is a whiny bit.ch... Beggars can’t be choosers but ggg thinks can do both... if he signed before good for him it’s just why say it now and why cry about Vegas if you had signed anyway? I don’t recall the first 2 being overly hard to get done once canelo decided he actually wanted to fight/finished his suspension for testing dirty. There was the usual back and forth about money, but those other issues weren’t even relevant. The only difference this time around, is canelo didn’t want to fight. If you wanna get hung up on details that probably wouldn’t have had any effect on negotiations, then have at it. Anyone who’s disappointed at the fight not being made only really has canelo to blame here.

It is what it is, should Canelo return to 160 after the Kovalev fight it may happen anyway, but GGG is getting a chance to hold another world title which is great, while Canelo is attempting to make history. Plenty of great fights to be made.
