He hasn’t looked world class since before the Jacobs fight. He always had flaws in his game, very much like a fighter without much of an amateur career. At his grave and that performance there really is nowhere to go.

Time to hang them up. Peter is one of these Thurman-like cats who lost his best years to inactivity I feel like. If there are any paydays to be had take them but otherwise better to save some brain cells & keep it moving.

Yea inactivity is bad enough but that along with setup fights can be a death blow in your prime. Hurts your image, but probably does much worse with your chances of reaching the height you mighta otherwise have reached if you'd been active & challenged yourself. Idk if some of these guys understand that or appreciate it & while Im a PBC fan its often PBC fighters who are having this stagnant trajectory.
