He lives in San Diego CA USA and KNOWS the mexico has contaminated meat. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU CHANCE IT? Unless he knew that he can make that excuse after the fact.

Occums Razors applies here. He got caught simple as that because he was being Cheap. He knows better now and uses top end designer PED's that are impossible to catch unless someone passes a sample to be tested ala how balco got busted.

      you could be right

the problem is... you have nothing to lose by saying it, Golovkin should have kept his mouth shut

he especially should have kept his mouth shut if he is not willing to fight anyone else worth a damn

      • Yeah forget about Golovkin cuz he was the middleweight that Canelo struggled with the most, technically losing 2 fights to him. But i got the impression Golovkin reallly angered Canelo when he accused him of being a PEDS cheat and i remember him accusing Canelo of being a PEDS cheat it happened just after Canelo got busted and banned for PEDS. How rude of Golovkin.

Maybe he’s just B+ ratings across the board? Commentators always say that he’s “Big” but I don’t see that in his physique. I can see Canelo take sum relative damage as u said, with his latest head movement, slips, counters, it will be hard to pile up enough on to stop him. Not to mention I dont see it as a real high output fight for either. Nelos work always looks nice too, where there’s not much pretty about Kovalev. Kovalev will need knockdowns at least I’m thinking to get a decision.
Great post, rare thing on NSB these days. Green K.

The only thing for me is Kovalev is still an excellent boxer, especially in his haydays. Besides Loma, he's the only Eastern Euro I'm sold on now. Kovalev deteriorated some, but he's still a force.

He acted like a coward for faking low blows against legit body shots from Ward. Like Ward, Canelo is a bodysnatcher.

He won't win this one given Canelo's built, skills, wide open level symmetry to the body of Kovalev, and chin.

I'm still a Krusher fan, tho.

          War Canelito!

Very likely. Kovalev will be for Canelo what is GGG for Brook.

            • Canelo's a good body puncher but I'm struggling to see this devastating body puncher everyone says he is. Sure, he goes to the body well, but he's never really shown to be that kind of body puncher.

It's all physics. Canelo's body punches almost paralyzed some of his opponents. Against Kovalev, he'll commit to that. It's the whole gameplan, even Kovalev knows about it. He better tighten his body defense.

Canelo is the second best body puncher in boxing, after Davis.

Thanks bro. I’m a bigger fan of Krusher now after seeing him avenge against Alvarez and get through Yarde with a stoppage. I had him beating Ward in the first fight. I think Ward just got too much credit for getting up and sticking it out. It played to peoples sentiments. It was like Ward won a point for getting off the floor while Kovalev lost a point for not being able to finish him off. Sometimes an underdog will hold his own in a round and will get the point because that’s considered overachieving. While the favourite will be looked at as having a bad round considering expectations. But what do I know? Often the favourite wins much wider than they should. I know Canelo is the straw that stirs the drink, dude got sum stroke vs Mayweather even. Still at sum point things will shift and Canelo will get punished for not dominating. Okay that may never happen lol My brother picked Kovalev so I’m all in on The big red machine making a huge statement.

                    • Great. Get lost. Keep reading the fake press that makes you P4P when you couldn't beat a aging slow prodding champ without some help from the judges.
