Now as a far as the rematch Deontay Wilder concerned; As I've stated previously that fight would almost certainly be postponed. There would not be sufficient enough time in order for that cut to heal and still have a twelve week training camp. Moreover, it's going to be very difficult for him to spar for fear of him getting cut again.

Joshua fought with broken nose in early round against Tekam and Alexander Pov and won both by TKO, seems to most Joshua has been totally a bad fighter ever since he lost.

The luck part comes from the ref not stopping the fight, not from Tyson Fury's will to fight on.

Fury eye will be hanging out his head if he fights Wilder. Dude is an overrated slap boxing...can't even dominate an 58th or whatever ranked heavyweight.

Lineal champion Lmao Please...that dude is scared little girl who ran away from the Wilder rematch and now has a built in excuse to run some more.

Dude has ZERO belts...If I was Wilder I wouldn't entertain this bum anymore. Time to go get those other belts from Ruiz because Joshua is another overrated British bum that's going to get knocked out again....

All facts...these delusional gypsy king fans can't admit the truth. That fight would've been stopped if there wasn't a Wilder rematch in the mix

The politics of boxing has always tarnished the sweet science

I know that’s the argument but that’s completely beyond the fighter’s control.

To say he’s lucky is such a massive disservice to the man himself.

I wouldn’t say I’m a fan of Tyson more than any other fighter really but I definitely don’t have the front to call him lucky for sustaining that cut and then fighting through it.

It’s also hard to even quantify that luck. He’s got a bad injury now. If he’d lost on that cut it’s the sort of result that would likely be taken with a pinch of salt in time because Wallin can’t really beat Tyson.

We don’t know now how Tyson’s skin will hold up or whether or not 7 rounds or so less boxing against a capable foe might affect his competitiveness in the future.

I just think heavies are different. They tend to lose. They’re not the little men where a loss is apocalyptic for them

Promoters are ******ed. The country doesn't matter, fights aren't stopped based on country location but by refs, or doctors. The same ref and doctors could be on the moon and the fight wouldn't be stopped. Maybe a more stringent ref would have stopped the fight. The same for the doctor.
