Ward is far superior boxer but he has been taking blatant subliminal shots at Tank for some time now.

I believe he will become a much bigger star than Ward and make a lot more money. I love watching him KO everybody and I hated watching Ward fight. I watched Ward fight because I watch all top boxers fight.

Ward couldn't sellout in his hometown 😂 unlike Tank yet SOG is way more accomplished than Gervonta.

Davis MIGHT be talented, but we don't know because this dude ain't done shyt but talked. Ward went after top comp. Won the super 6 when nobody knew who the *** he was. Went up to take on the boogeyman at 175.

The two years battling that lawsuit definitely hurt how big a star he could've been, but folks forget that the Bay Area/NorCal still rocked with him regardless.

Just took to the end of his career for that love of him to go national/international.

                  Yea that lawsuit didnt help.

I think he was too much of a blank slate personality wise too. He wasnt enough of a good guy or bad guy or even give good see thru interviews or TV sh^t very often. And thats fine if you are a fun fighter to watch, but he wasnt for most boxing fans so he needed to have SOMETHING to attract fans.

For a gold medal guy who never lost a fight post-his balls dropping its kinda effed he wasnt more popular. His legacy should grow now that hes retired doe like happens to many cats. Absence makes the heart grow fonder & respect your accomplishments more in boxing it would appear.

Ward is talking about Gervonta bolstering his resume and fighting great opponents, Tank is talking about becoming a big star. The disconnect is unfortunate.
