AJ beat Wlad in a life and death struggle, and has a PR team behind him helping him pull off the fake humble act. Modern times.
He did get lots of praise and adulation from the UK fans and media, but within weeks he was drinking, taking coke and saying he was finished with boxing.

Then AJ took his place and took Klitchko on in the best heavyweight fight in years.
Of course Fury received less credit, he gave up boxing and disappeared into the pantry.

Wlad's wife, hayden panetierre, was going through post partum depression. Shallow ***** couldn't stand the fact she was losing her hot body, couldn't stand the responsibilities of motherhood, she missed fame and the glamour of hollywood so much...Wlad's marriage was shattering at the time (it's finally shattered nowadays), so he was distracted, absent minded when he fought the PED-fueled Fury, Wlad didn't even try to win.. he only remembered he was the champ and cared about winning in the last round, and gave Fury trouble but it was too late

Wlad was definetly a better version of himself against Joshua. This was a focused Wlad, still old and out of prime, but one who cared about winning from the start.

anyway, a focused, prime Wlad would have trashed both Fury and Joshua

      prime Vitali too

The Klitschkos were the last truly great HWs we had...now the belts have been taken over by chumps
Oh, so sweet and tender, you sound like you are in love, but I'm not sure with whom. Everybody has personal issues, just highlighting one person's doesn't make it worse than those you didn't.

Do you think Klitschko's head would have been any less close to being detached from his body by that almighty uppercut if he were in his prime?

A lot of people are disregarding AJ now that he's lost his 100% record, he is still a force to be reckoned with and my money is on him to unify the belts.

I think he beats Wilder in a warrior showdown, I can't really see him beating Fury, clash of styles would make an awful fight and I have Fury winning on points, but Joshua has surprised me before and would destroy Fury if he connected.

I think the fans were behind him, but he quickly alienated the media and UK establishment with hes political views. I mean, it was abit foolish from a branding point of view, but it seems to have worked long term, hes seen as edgy. I think the public forgot about him after he pulled out of the rematch, after being so vociferous about Wlad pulling out once in the lead up to the first fight. Cant say that i was happy to see the title totally fragmented. Hes riding high right now, but he ought to take note of how the media and fans have treated AJ since he came unstuck. They only love you when you're winning.

Very eloquently put, I can't disagree.

Facts. He dominated a prime Wlad and people tried to say he was over the hill. You don't know high level boxing if you failed to grasp that Fury completed schooled him that night. Shut him down. Wlad isn't just some random champ either he is a high ring IQ fighter himself and was lineal and undisputed and had been defending his belts for a decade.

I think people give Fury No credit because it was an ugly, Crap, unwatchable fight. The Joshua one was a blast, dramatic, fun, rewatchable fight.

Not hard to connect those dots.

He dominated a guy that was unbeaten 10 years. Fury was a huge underdog. Great win.

I really like that fight. Yes, I am a boxing nerd.

As soon as Wilder landed flush on Joshua, his china chin would shatter.
Joshua is a lot easier to hit than Fury too.

Canelo is sitting pretty.None of these guys are eating dodgy meat. People seem to have just accepted boxing as dirty now.
                      A assumption, NOT THE TRUTH.

Assumptions are meaningless. You are basically trying to justify Tyson Fury's failed drugs test, by tarnishing and making empty assumptions based on opinion.
