No catchweight or rehydration clauses for Kovalev. Canelo haters can suck it.

Kovalev looks like his soul leaves his body to make 175. Can't see how he'd be healthy hydrating to 180. If true, it's the usually smoke and mirrors from Alvarez. Really hope the "sources" are wrong. It looks like the tweet was removed so there's hope...

          Please...

If there is one, it isn't there for no reason. Hopefully there is not anything in the contract, if not I'll drop some money on the vodaholic. It's no sure thing but I like that action.

If, on the other hand, GB wants a rehydration clause they've done their homework and they know what to demand and why.

The praise being thrown around, justifiably, is because Canelo is daring to move up, and beat the reigning LHW champion in his division. Any catchweight or rehydration crap totally dampens that, making it a pointless fight.

But a part of me wants to believe Canelo isn’t messing around, and so far from looking for something to discredit, I actually want to give respect
I'm not talking about anyone in particular, but Canelo has a lot of haters on this forum and outside of it. Many of them are hoping to hear there is a rehydration clause just to discredit Canelo. First it was no way he fights without a catchweight, then they moved on to no way he fights him without a rehydration clause. We just have to wait to hear from reputable sources whether there is a rehydration clause or not.

A rehydration clause is the difference between an ok fight, and an excellent fight which would crown Canelo undisputed p4p no.1 in victory.

I’m sure a hater would hate on the fight in either scenario

Stop with that ignorant fanboy bullshyt. A 180lb rehydration limit is just as detrimental as a catchweight but it's wrapped in a bow to fool the gullible.

If Canelo legitimately fights him at 175 with no bullshyt, I'll give him full credit, win or lose.
However, the guy is known for bullshyt like "Caneloweight", farce matches, PED use. Don't act outraged that people want to know the facts.

The 180 lbs thing was fake. Probably some hater working overtime already just to discredit Canelo.

lol at 10 lbs being the standard....yes , if you are a flyweight to feather weight maybe or small fighter campaigning at a much higher division...hell , salido gain 20lbs from 128 to loma's 11lbs in a supposed featherweight fight

this fight is at LH, you do the math!
