I don't want to see a third fight because in my opinion Golovkin CLEARLY won the first two fights.

I mean honestly in a way I don't blame them man...I saw GGG beat Nelo twice...and I'm sure a lot of Canelo fans deep down know that GGG was likely the better man, even if they will never admit it, or, more likely, if they can't really objectively score a Canelo fight, because they have too much at stake with him winning.

They know he escaped with a (imo) very fortunate draw and very fortunate win...and they want to count their winnings now and try and move on...because I think they know that GGG has already shown to be better than Nelo twice...they don't want to see Canelo really tested, they want to see him win and win easily.

The only reason imo why Canelo fought GGG in the first place is the public pressure mounted on him to take the fight...I think we will probably get to that stage again soon, but I guess we just aren't quite there yet.

I wanna see a 3rd fight. And 4th if the 3rd is as competitive & close as the first 2.

Tough call on whos better still doe KINDA cuz while Canelo is up 1-0-1 on paper, in the minds of most who watched either of those fights GGG should be up 2-0. So its a unusual & rare call with that.

I definitely think Canelo has more tools & more of the tools I like to see in elite level boxers, but even on paper these two are a hair apart minus Byrd's corrupt &/or r3tard scorecard.

Same here, I feel the first wasnt that close IMO, and I had GGG a clear 116-112, the second fight I cant argue against scores of 115-113 for either guy or a draw. I had it a draw on first watch and Canelo by 1 on the second watch, both enjoyable nights of boxing and no reason the 3rd wouldnt be either. Clearly Canelo wants to punish/age GGG more, but he will probably win a clear 116-112 ish decision in trilogy. Still arguably one of the biggest fights in boxing.

I think we can all agree that Byrds card was clearly corrupt or at best moronic, but everyone overlooks Trella giving Canelo the 7th (probably GGG's best round that even Byrd gave him) and wouldve given GGG two 115-113s

                - -If GGG hadn't ducked the rematch to opt for Vanes, your position would stronger.

You and he lose is the bottom line.

Lol yea I probably noted that or someone else noted it at the time, but the fresh by date on remembering specific round scoring issues fades fast with me & I suspect most fans. Good callback.

And the weird thing maybe if the 1st fight HAD gone GGG's way like most fans though it should've I suspect there would be more hype on a rubbermatch, but being that Canelo officially got a draw that now puts him ahead of GGG instead of equal as they probably should be.

                    1. That makes no sense, how does that affect Trella's scorecard other than trying to change the topic since you cant argue against that.

                    2. Canelo tested positive and was suspended. If anything GGG ducked Derevyanchenko. Not the rematch. So that undermines your position.
