You must really want Lara to get fucked pretty badly. Williams is going to knock his old, stationary, pocket fighting, no legs having ass out. I guaranfuckintee it!

Harrison is another guy who's skills & quality as a fighter are overshadowed bc of this. He negated Hurd's size & beat him at his own game on the inside bc he's the better, stronger all-around fighter. I like Hurd but he needs to go back to boxing a bit more like he did when he stopped Galarza.
Yeah Williams is definitely a quality boxer but Hurd previous fight was a cherry pick and I'm glad Williams beat him, Hurd got too arrogant cherry picking and calling himself a p4p fighter.

hurd took a lot of punishment and paid for every punch he threw. You get dropped by one punch, a lot of those punches by hurd hit arms, every punch Lara landed was right on the face

The point that I'm making is Lara had slowed down in the championship rounds of that fight due to a lack of stamina and aging. It's a sure tell tale sign that his body is slowly deteriorating, declining and beyond it's physical peak.

This is a young man's sport. Therefore, he will be giving up a lot of youth, stamina, power and speed to the newly crowned unified Super welterweight champion of the world in one Julian J-Rock Williams.

Let them fight but just remember that you heard it here first that Julian Williams is going to shit kick the living Hell out of Erislandy Lara once they fight by way of Knockout.

He not beating J Rock if he is draining himself just so that he can have some size advantage and now I question if he was/is making 154 naturally

Munguia moving up, Hurd should follow and do the same as well. Hurd vs Hugo Centeno Jr would be a excellent stylistic fight for Hurd to test the waters at 160 or even Immanuel Aleem

It was, but he still hadn't done anything to really deserve a title shot. Lara on the other hand has beaten world class opposition and has been a champ before. Therefore, Lara has done a lot more to get that fight. A lot more.

I always knew Williams would beat Hurd and I made that prediction several times on various threads. Im a bit disappointed about the rematch but at the same time, Hurd’s team made a wise decision. It would be foolish and bad business to face Williams again this soon.

Hurd’s five minutes of fame is up. He is going downhill

Hurd put off the Charlo fight to avoid losing for years. Now he is avoiding another sure loss to J Rock. He probably is going to scamper away from the fight to target the old champion Lara, who he already beat. Yes Hurd probably will run to that belt, and avoid the superior fighters Charlo and Williams at all costs. I never thought he was man enough to step up and challenge Charlo. Now you can avoid J Rock to that list, as J Rock already whipped him into submission and exposed him as a second rate jmw.

I'm not denying that Lara would be a worthwhile opponent, I rate him highly.
I was just pointing out that a guy with one loss on his record in a title fight, who then rebounded, was worthy of another title shot.
