If I remember correctly, 3 fights were in the play for that belt:
1. Fury v Wallin
2. Munguia v Allotey and
3. Haney v Zaur, which is the only WBC fight among the 3.

Guess what. Sulaimoney decides to give 2 belts and none of them goes to the fight that is sanctioned by WBC.
