"While Joshua was initially skeptical of the high offer, Hearn confirmed that it's legitimate and the money is there". Is this writer making this up? And if he is where is evidence of Hearn dis*****g this? I never understood the fans claiming that there was never a 50 million dollar offer. There are interviews where Shelly Finkel detailed the offer. Why is it so hard to believe that the offer was made? From my understanding it was a one fight, no rematch deal with the fight in the U.S. Why is this so hard to believe? The offer was made and was turned down. Wilder also turned down the two DAZN offers. Shyte happens!

The funniest part of this game that I play with you guys is that I'm quite aware of the whole BT sports funding thing. The reason that I want you to post anything that legitimizes your "lie" is because you all know full well that Hearn outright rejected the offer long before anything about BT Sport being "potentially" involved was mentioned by Warren. That's why Hearn has never said anything about BT Sports being an issue with getting the fight made. He always maintained that Joshua wanted the fight at home for himself and his fans, and was willing to take a pay cut to have it happen. Again, BEFORE anything was disclosed about where funding would come from for the fight. If you can't admit that then something's wrong with you.Comment

The writer said Hearn confirmed the offer. There is the evidence. Wouldn't Eddie Hearn deny the report if it wasn't true? I don't get your point. Do some research. Shelly Finkel has outlined the offer on more than one occasion. A one fight, no rematch 50 million dollar offer. I am not going to waste my time looking it up again. It's my belief based on the evidence that the offer was made. Why is it so hard to believe anyway? I don't get it!Comment

Let me teach you the basics so you don't sound so clueless in the future.
A boxer; has good ring craft, moves well, is hard to hit and controls the fight with a jab whilst timing attacks and counter attacks from in and out of range.
A brawler comes forward, gets in close and tries to knock his opponent out and do as much damage as soon as possible, he'll stalk the opponent and try to stop a gap from forming.
A fighter is somewhere in the middle. He has some evasive moves but isn't technical enough to be a "boxer", he may have heavy hands but doesn't relentlessly chase the opponent like a brawler.
Whilst Wilder is a fighter with an exceptional knockout punch, he doesn't have much in the way of basic boxing skills (as he demonstrated whilst getting a boxing lesson from Tyson Fury).
You are welcome, I'm glad I could shine a light on your ignorance. Now you can pretend to know something basic about boxing.Comment

ESPN have paid Fury $$$$ because of the MEGA fights with Wilder and AJ. Showtime are paying Wilder more than he brings in now for the MEGA fights with Fury and AJ. AJ gets paid no matter who he fights. AJ beating Ruiz and then doing 2 x mandatories costs Showtime and ESPN. Whyte is the other spanner in the works. He will get Fury (assuming Fury beats Wilder) and I would fancy Whyte in that one. He can take the punishment until he lands an overhand right. And he is more skilled than Wilder. I just wish they were all in a round robin tournament.Comment

Is so, stylistically Pulev is tailormade for AJ. And he gets a belt. Usyk will wait for a cash out fight with AJ. Great fighter but not big enough and not a Ruiz type fighter. Couldn't get inside Bellew.Comment
