I claimed that Hearn received a $50M offer, and he personally confirmed that it was a legitimate offer. We know he confirmed such, because Team Joshua turned the offer down, citing the desire to fight at home for the fans (and Joshua) as the principal reasoning behind the rejection, even going as far as saying that Joshua wouldn't be swayed by extra money. You and maybe 2 other people on this site are the only people I know of, that keep trying to push imaginary interviews that cited contractual issues between networks as the reasoning behind not accepting the offer. No one on Team Joshua has used that as an excuse, unless of course, you have evidence that points to the contrary (you don't).
To your other point, no, you're just a liar. Luckily people keep timelines of this sort of thing, because people like you like to rewrite history when it's convenient.
