I'm cool with that. It would make the Fury fight even bigger. I think they're the 2 best guys in the division although Ruiz could box Wilders ears off but doubt he could go 12 without getting caught flush and Knocked outComment

This is why I don't have much love for the heavyweight division. Way too much di-ckin around. These guys arent even big enough stars to be wasting everyone's time the way they do.
Why even announce / sign for the fight if you knew there was a possibility for the unification ? Why is Fury fighting Wallin? Why is Wilder fighting Ortiz ? Why couldn't they just fight each other & get it over with ?Comment

If AJ wins i doubt it happens early next year no way. He would fight fury rematch before AJ and I am a wildier fan.Comment

Dude damn y’all take these fighters personally...both them dudes laughed at the suckers behind the scenes and despite the public image they respect and like each other. They both owe each other a lot...BOTH. And they showed they didn’t need Hearn or AJ to do it.Comment

Assuming Wilder thinks Ruiz will beat AJ again. He sounds very keen on unification which wasn’t always the case with when AJ was champ. Likely more to do with not wanting to try and do business with Hearn than not wanting to fight AJ. The Ruiz deal would be fairly easy to do.
I’d rather see Ruiz / AJ v Wilder than the fury rematch.Comment

Wilder is fighting credible top 5 guys fight after fight. Yet fury is getting things “back on track” with NOBODIES and is still being praised here. That fight for wilder should have seen him with everybody Joshua or Wilder have previously already fought but instead he’s fighting plumbers that take the elevator to get to the second floor smh. I believe some of us know the true reason behind this(the fans appraisal that is) but it’s been going on long enough it doesn’t have to be said. A good fighter just taking easy and harmless fights so his body can be prepared for war with Wilder smh or hoping Wilder loses against his most toughest fight which is Ortiz and maybe the only reason the deal was signed on fury side, hoping Ortiz can get him out of there this time.Last edited by NYhaven; 09-03-2019, 01:02 PM.Comment

I guess it's something that PBC cult members have to accept on faith, without any evidence or proof. Like the existence of Al Haymon.Comment

"I would want him to step aside, which I think he would do anyway," Wilder told 78 SPORTS TV, according to Metro.
