Boxingscene have misquoted Hearn ridiculously. He would have been crying fix if he thought Campbell had only lost 4 rounds.

I agree with him In the sense that Loma failed to live up to the huge hype that Sky and Matchroom were giving him. I think that’s because he was matched vs a good technical opponent.

It’s lose-lose when you’re as good as Loma. If the fight is competitive, Loma is all hype. If it isn’t, the opponent is a bum.

Agreed, when Tank vs Loma happens all the Loma fans will jump ship and get on the Gvozdyk or Usyk bandwagon or Tyson Fury bandwagon!

Tank is gonna hurt that man bad and I mean BAD!

To me Campbell only won round 1 and 9, it didn’t seem terribly close. Loma had a hard time closing the distance because of Campbell’s educated jab, but it was mostly only utilized to keep Loma at Bay. Like every other dominant fighter, public perception is that it’ll be a blow out so when it doesn’t happen it’s labeled an average performance, but was it really? Won 10 out of 12 rounds and scored a knockdown. Would’ve gotten another knockdown or a stoppage in the 12 if Campbell hasn’t picked Loma up by the legs for a tackle...

Loma throws less volume than he did a few years back. I hope he moves down to 130, less muscle and more confidence against smaller foes, I bet he'll throw more. He was more dynamic when he was always throwing.

What I think Hearn meant to say is Campbell only lost 4 rounds clearly, with the rest being close.

Maybe article was edited because it says the following at the moment...
""A great effort [from Campbell]. I didn't have the gap anywhere near as wide as [the judges], I had Campbell losing by about four, five rounds max, I thought he boxed brilliantly, perhaps didn't go for gold enough," Hearn told iFL TV, according to Omnisport."
It's now basically saying he had Loma winning 8-4 or 7-5, yeah?

Camacho has the hand speed, skills and footwork to give Loma fits and at 135 was the bigger man with a granite chin. Camacho was tough as all hell.

I’d pick Camacho as well at 135, that’s not Lomas best weight.
