I'm growing tired of e-wars where both sides' only refuge is to overreact to everything the other side says. This is most assuredly not the first article that so happily defends Floyd and chides his detractors. To the point, you are simply overestimating the amount of 'haters' Floyd has.

It is not 'hating' to expect Floyd to take a challenging fight sometime this damn year.

The sooner you realize fans want to see Floyd tested vs Margarito, the better. There is no way around this for Floyd fans. This is the main fight that needs to happen at 147 according to most scribes and insiders. It is not because they are all Floyd haters either.

Furthermore, this is not about Margarito 'deserving' to fight Floyd, it's about the so-called best ****in fighter in the world proving his mother****in worth by takin on all reasonably acceptable comers.

So basically, Floyd can fight this bulldog Mexican, or he can take the heat for avoiding him. It's his choice. But if Floyd is going to campaign at 147, then he has no choice but to take on Margarito...sometime this century.

Margarito aint no test, he a practice test with the answers next to the question, u dont have to study to get margarito, he simple. All he going to do is come forward with head up and open. And who are these insiders and scribes, a bunch of followers and drones who need to be told who is good. anybody with 1 eye can see Margarito dont have the skills to win against floyd, those looping slow punches aint gon hit nothing. Only these ray charles fans will be groupies and say margarito is da monsta that Bob and maxbox say he is. and the best fighter in the world doesnt have to prove his worth against a nobody with a weak paper title belt, a weak career, and weak skills. Who is margarito? What makes margarito this test, what can he do to really give Floyd problems? What significant fighter has he given problems to? margarito will get his ass whooping when Floyd feel like giving it to him or until he gets off his ass and actually fights someone ranked to make him mandatory instead of fighting #10 and #15 of the WBO for the last 4 or 5 yrs.

If that is all you have you need to go back to drawing board. If you don't want the best fighters to fight each other, and you are ok with Floyd staying on his current course, then you just don't get it and you never will.

If Floyd will do this and do that so easily to Marg, then step up and do that **** for an 'easy' $8 million. I don't want to hear how easy it will be. Floyd seems to be the only Floyd fan who is showing Marg some kind of respect by not trashing him...

How do you know he cant do that? You saying hes never ****ed any fighter before? But thats beside my point, i dont care to argue the subject, my point was that Arum has made a huge deal out of this, and no matter whos side your on, these thread destroy the first page nearly everyday. I said "bob arum is ruining this site". You got mad, I explained to you why you shouldnt try to take it out on me over one comment, end of discussion.

It's a non-issue, period. Floyd turned down the offer and no one can prove the offer was not legit. It's just a weird pulled-out-of-the-ass excuse for Floyd. It just makes no sense whatsoever that the offer was not legit. If Arums's offer was not legit, then there was no point in him even making it in the 1st place. The only way it could have been proven to be illegit is by Floyd agreeing verbally to fight and Arum trying to change the dollar amount at the least minute (which is illegal if Floyd had already signed a contract for $8 million).

Last year, Margarito was one of the most underrated fighters, now i think his the most overrated!!! He hasn't beat any elite fighter.
