You want to watch a content of the same quality at a cheaper rate, that’s what you should care about. The only people who care about PPV should be the network/promoters who wants to continue mugging those dumb people off.
DAZN lags like a mother****er. But I say that because I’m subscribed to the service lol. It has also improved too. It used to lag and buffer when I was rewatching a fight from the week before. Zero excuses for THAT.

I could give a **** how many people are subscribed though. I don’t care if I’m one of one as long as the content is good. My main issue with DAZN is that I’ve been subscribed for a year and the boxing is just now starting to get good.

Everybody saying it's just getting started.

True but they're a year into it and have made no significant progress.

They fumbled the Canelo September fight and he still doesn't have a date yet.

They got 3 of the top 4 middleweights & none of them are fighting each other

        Anyone can see they DKSAB.

The fact that they have every middleweight other than Charlo and still can’t make a middleweight fight is pretty upsetting.

You’re missing the point....everyone acknowledges Canelo is a star, even Arum says that, the problem is he is the only subscription pusher for dazn. If and when canelo leaves the sport, loses, or in any way begins to lose traction is a star, dazn is in trouble in the USA. It has no other sports the American fan is interested in and Hearn doesn’t have any movers and shakers. Canelo is a star with or without dazn

I'm surprised nobody pointed you out for making up foolishness. You said dazn got 1.3 m subs during the Canelo Jacobs event.
Most people rather pay $8 dls a month Then went on to say this... Dazn was $20 a month when that canelo Jacobs event happened- with no free trial. I know because I subbed for it. Then unsubscribed. In the future the price will go up because the platform is failing.

What dazn didn’t take into account is that the era of promoters telling stars what to do is gone....the boxers are aware of their star power. Canelo has dazn by the balls and they know it and more importantly Canelo knows it. If Canelo was truly smart, he would buy out his contract with dlh and promote himself totally. Cut out the middle man. Every boxer than can pull ratings and out asses in seats should be their own promoter. The middle man promoter is an outdated concept now

I don't understand networks, streaming services, or whoever giving exclusive rights to one promoter. One promoter doesn't have the fighters to keep putting up great matches, these companies need to realize that they need to allow all comers to fight on their network.

In order for boxing to thrive it needs to attract new fans, it needs to be accessible, the American fight fan needs to see boxers when they don’t expect to see boxers so they can inquire about them. The problem with boxing in the USA is that since the late 90s, there has been virtually no promotion of the sport save for the big superstar ppv fights of the Mayweather era. Which led to casuals saying “boxing is boring” because most of his fights went to points. An app doesn’t fix the problems and won’t attract any new fans. All it does is consolidate a segment of existing boxing fans and the Mexican Americans who tune in only for Canelo fights and those Mexican Americans who do that are NOT boxing fans....that’s merely a cultural aspect of the group in the USA who feels pride for their country of origin. If dazn was smart, and they don’t seem to see this, they would have a network option to show their less popular fights and then put the more popular fights on their app....Canelo, Joshua etc. If they ever do that, it will be a great thing for the sport. Greed may prevent that from happening as it’s not even something Hearn is talking about

The only people who don't see what Arum says is true is the 95% of fury/hearn fanboys on this site. Those guy's go full ****** everyday just to try to stick it to Al Haymon for some odd reason that surely isn't race-related. They're argument is "oh you Black people, ahem, pbc guy's have to pay $100 to watch fights. So ******! Dazn is $8 dollars anyone should want to pay the least money possible not the most!"
                      Yet:
                      1) dazn is $20 a month
                      2) PBC puts out FREE events. FREE. "Free" which is less than $20 bucks dazn is asking for...so they should be supporting the PBC if paying the least amount of money as possible was their real goal that is... but it isn't.
                      3) Dazn service SUCKS. Lagging, disconnecting, 320p video- all common issues with the app when it gets overwhelmed. Canelo Jacobs and Ruiz (champ) Aj (contender) fights were the same way. They're so used to not getting views that they haven't prepared the servers for when people actually use the app. Never has Fox or Showtime given me this issue, or so many americans.
                      4) $100 theory. Unfortunately for them ppv doesn't cost $100. It ranges between $70-80. With the benefit that I can easily, across America, go see the event for $20 at the local movies. Thanks Al Haymon for giving us options: FREE tv, $20 or $75 ppv. Dazn simply can't compete. Then those idiots have said things like "who wants to go to the theater surrounded by strangers to watch a fight?!" Yet always mention how they can watch dazn at the pub (dazn isn't available in the UK so this is how they give themselves away), which would have them drunk and surrounded by strangers.
                      5) Not understanding the American market: many professionals have told those idiots (fury/hearn fanboys) this but they refuse to accept it. Americans only pay for what they want and are willing to pay for what they want. We're not forking over a couple hundred at the beginning of the year because dazn says we should. Thats not how things work. In America if we are paying, you do what the f**k we tell you to and how we tell you to do it. Dazn would've had more subscribers but they didn't obey us when we told them make Canelo v Charlo happen. Or canelo vs Andrade. Or Lil g vs Charlo. Or lil g vs Andrade. You don't listen but you want our money?! Thats ludicrous.
