Yeah it's not just everybody else fault, his Dad/Manger allegedly has ruined some big fights for him by trying to demand too much "Allegedly"
Andrade turned down the Lara fight on ESPN Friday Night Fights
Also he walked away from the Jemell Charlo fight because he "thought" he was getting a huge deal with Roc Nation which never happened then he turned around and sued Roc Nation because they did not do the deal with him. Now looking at how things played out, that would've been yet another awful career move
So yeah absolutely Andrade and his team seems to always find a way to screw up big opportunities as well

This chickensht can blame only himself for being a nobody while having a belt.
Demetrius Andrade vs. Sergiy Derevyanchenko possible for Daniel Jacobs card on April.28 of 2018
Former light middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade could be facing unbeaten middleweight contender Sergiy Derevyanchenko (11-0, 9 KOs) on the Daniel Jacobs card on HBO Boxing on April 28 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
It would be surprising if Andrade, 29, accepts the fight with Derevyanchenko, because when he was talking about him recently, he didn’t seem enthusiastic about facing him.Leave a comment:

This ChickenDrado should have fought Derev in final eliminator when he decided to run away from a risky opponent!
Now that bad move still hurts, his fault only. He screwed 1.5 year for Derev but he screwed his career too.Leave a comment:

Andrade has options.
He can continue to wait on the Mega-fight, or
Andrade can fight. Take on all comers.
Andrade's a champ, give contenders a shot.
Fight 4X a year instead of 2. Create some buzz.
If you can't get GGG or the diva to fight, fight who you can get.Leave a comment:

Thats been his whole career not just with DAZN. His defining W is probably still that Vanes win. Granted just like with GGG some of his biggest fights that didnt happen arent his fault alone, but he has f#cked up more big fights than GGG did when he was in a similar spot.It is a disgrace on the sport of boxing! This was a true Blue Chip Prospect, dominating Amateur Career. He is signed to DAZN and yet still he has yet to Land the Canelo or GGG fight. To add even more Insult, GGG recently talked about fighting Murata, who is not even with DAZN
Look, Canelo and GGG can do WTF they want and they don't owe Andrade anything. Also neither of them ever promised any of these guys a shot by simply signing with DAZN. This was Eddie Hearn way of getting guys to sign with him and now unfortunately for Andrade, Hearn is unable to deliver for Andrade because Canelo and GGG are just not interested
All Andrade can do now is make his Money beating whoever Eddie can get to fight him but it is very sad to see a talent go to waste
They need to get back that BJS fight & whoever wins that should be in line for Canelo for real. Or fight someone with some clout & respect to bump him up to worthy Canelo opponent.Leave a comment:
