so far at heavyweight is everyone pretty much in agreement that Tyson Fury is still the reigning lineal champion?

It’s a fair point, you could even make a case for Harrison as he “officially” beat Charlo. IMO though Williams and Charlo are the best two guys at 154, but if you’re talking resume I’d say Williams and Hurd are the top two.

does anyone know if theres a legit timeline where you get unrecognized if you haven't fought in a certain amount of time?

or is it any org can pretty much make it up on the fly?

I'm not talking about the pointless Ring belt. I'm talking about LINEAL

He beat Cotto to become Lineal the first time, then beat GGG to become lineal the 2nd time (lineal was up for grabs vs GGG because they were the top 2 guys in the division).

Nope, the lineal title became vacant when the god fought Liam smith at 154 then CHavez at Super middle.

You're thinking about the Ring belt which is a pretty pointless title these days.

I just don't see Charlo as that guy. And I had Harrison with the win on the cards. Charlo looked clueless the whole fight, getting his head snapped by counters and was clueless on how to proceed.

                    154 (in my opinion)

                    1) Williams
                    2) Hurd
                    3) Harrison
                    4) Charlo
                    5) Munguia (Although I thought Hogan beat him, and Adames likely beats him too)

Good to see "The God" stepping up for the big fights like Liam Smith and Chavez jr.
