He was also much further past his own prime and much smaller and much less active than Jones. It counts nothing against him or for Jones. It was a money grab.

Aside from being a great boxer, Tito is a great human being. There is a prospect called Danielito Zorrilla which reminds me of him a lot, style wise and he is from the island. Went to see him fight 2 weeks ago.

But when the ring announcer announced a split decision win by Trinidad, when he clearly lost the fight imo, I became a Dela hoya fan.
Absolutely. Me too. I love Trinidad but they way they screwed Oscar was criminal. The score cards were so bad that after giving Trinidad so many rounds that he didnt deserve they gave De la hoya the last round to try to make up for the bogus scoring and de la hoya didnt even through a punch in hte last round smh

The most exciting and charismatic fighter I've ever seen. People adored him. One of my favorites.

He lost as he went up in weight fighting the best. No shame there.

Entertaining fighter with power in both hands and with him frequently getting up from the canvass himself.

                  Love Tito.
Grew up watching him with my father.

I did hear he is having money issues because of his ****ed up manger.

We don't really know how great Tito is or isn't?

Looking back on Tito fights he fought some very good fighters. However in looking back I suspect he was loading his gloves for quite sometime. No different that Margarito so it's really tough to say how good he really was. I have to personally put an * on his career.
