I'd say that's about the gate that fight deserved. This was an undercard fight elevated to the main event when Benavidez-Collazo was cancelled. Then you have Navarrete, an absolute unknown who was brought in as an opponent just two fights back vs. the #100 super bantamweight in the world. I watched the UFC that night.

Also, I wish EVERYONE would stop using the amount of tickets sold. That means FAR less than the actual gate of the card.

Mikey sold less than 5k tickets vs Lipinets, yet almost did 600k in gate. Vargas vs Kameda sold almost double the tickets as this card yet barely did 8k more in gate.
